Website content+
We aim to keep the information on this website clear, accurate and useful. However, website content is provided for general information only and may not reflect the latest legal, technical, commercial or regulatory position.
We may update, remove or change content without notice. We do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or free from errors.
You should not rely on website content as the sole basis for an important business decision. The right approach will depend on your circumstances, requirements and existing systems.
Insights and educational content+
Articles, guides, reports, examples and other Insights content are intended to provide general information and practical perspective.
They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, regulatory or other professional advice.
Technology recommendations and examples may not be suitable for every organisation. You should obtain appropriate specialist advice where a decision carries legal, financial, security, regulatory or other significant consequences.
Project enquiries and online forms+
Submitting a project brief, contact form, audit request or other enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.
We may review the information submitted and decide whether Shyft is able or suitable to assist. Any scope, fees, timescales or delivery commitments will only apply once they have been agreed separately in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

The public website does not provide open registration for the Shyft Workspace.
Workspace access may be provided to authorised users after a project or Technology Partnership has been agreed. Its use may be subject to separate client terms, security requirements and access controls.
Login credentials must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone who is not authorised to access the relevant Workspace.

- sell, license or commercially exploit website content;
- remove copyright, trade mark or other ownership notices from copied material;
- present Shyft content as if it were created or endorsed by you; or

Links to the Shyft website+
You may link to public pages on the Shyft website provided the link is lawful, accurate and does not damage or take unfair advantage of our reputation.
You must not present a link in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or approval where none exists.
We may ask you to remove a link where it is misleading, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
